The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Gujarat

Ordered three waffle sandwich and asked them to make it crispy . I got all of them extremely soft . I asked them to make it again returning them as it is without eating . The maker argues that it is eaten best hot and hence it is given soft. I took one and returned two since one person was ok to accept it.

After a lot of argument, they take my sandwich back and agreed to make another one.( pretty sure given to someone else) . Within a minute I was given replacement sandwichs , only to find that I was now served a burnt ones.

I take it back to the person only to enter into argument the same like last time . “This is the way crispy ones are served “.

I crushed and bit them in from of them to show the difference and had to throw my waffle in the dustbin in front of them .

They are only trying to sell quantities of waffle and don’t care at all about the experience or quality. There is no sharing of any information from order taker to its maker. The maker is least bothered to check the quality of waffle and has the biggest ego as if as a Michelin Star chef creating magic and not waffles .

In the end I had to pay again so that they could make my order correct again.

Horrible service and attitude of the sellers and managers . The Owner needs to monitor staff attitude and quality if they want people to continue...

Though good in taste but very inconvenient to eat !! It creates a whole mess out of one !! First of all waffles in a cone ?? Lol.. and They don’t have enough thick paper cone to allow the waffle sauce or ice cream not to leak .. when asked for another paper cone they denied to give saying that all cones usually leak (WHAT A GREAT REPLY ) nor they had any paper plate or cup for replacement !! So ultimately why do you provide a product when u cannot sustain the quality !! A waffle worth Rs.200-250 cannot provide 1 rupee plate / cup !! Not to mention paper tissues were out of stock too ! The only thing visible was the ice cream leaking from everyone’s paper cones !! #staffquality check required at the AAGAM...
