Food:

Taste: The signature taste of G9 restaurant. It was good and appetizing. Food is vibrant in color in a way to make it more appealing and not otherwise.

Quantity: It was more than I anticipated. This makes i it bang for the buck more than anything else.

Packing: Packing was good but not Chart topping. It was satifactorily done and nothing leaked or smeared inside the carry bag. I am thankful.

Service and Hospitality:

The order was promptly taken and the wait time was not too much. The staff efficiency and effort has improved quite a fold. Staff behavior is really what hospitality should be. Great to see such an improvement over my last dining experience. More power to you, Team G9.

Manager is always on the round ensuring no request of any customer gets unheard. This was my honest observation. My food was freshly packed when it was hot and was such a delight to savor.

As this was the latest review of a takeaway, I was impressed with how G9 has improved and it deserves every bit that I visit to dine again with family. See you soon and until then, keep up the good work.

Latest Edit: WEF from 26 Oct 2022 Food: Quantity is good but taste can be improved. Rush hours affect the quality to a huge margin, mostly negatively.

Service and staff: Needs more training and grooming, especially the staff taking orders. The order taking staff has become very rude and unwelcoming. They just want customers to eat and get out while making huge bills to profit from. This disappointed me the most. Waiting staff is also to blame, some waiters keep waiting more than 5 tables and some are just lingering around. They lack the hospitality vibes.

Parking: It is quite a hassle during peak hours. Underground parking takes car driving skills, I kid you not. I would not recommend you to park in the underground parking, it is not designed properly. Gnine should arrange for more parking lots on ground level.

Ambience: During peak hours the place is filled with the clamor of crowd, avoid these times as it will make your experience not worth remembering. With poor staff training and inefficient customer service the atmosphere is ruined which makes us question why we are dining at this place.

We went there for bday celebration with family of 9 ppl. First they don't take booking thts the first sign of unprofessional. The they alot us seat where only 8 ppl can fit and 9th person was given a small kids type chair and no breathing space. When we told them to change the place as it was empty that time Mr panda was very rude and asked go to the person who asked you to sit here. They don't even respect their own staff. Total infighting. Coming to the food... The soup was too good. Crispy Veg was too colored and messed up, you can see in the picc posted if you can recognize the dish. Sabji was good but again quantity was very very less.... Paneer was very very hard and stale. When we told them they started giving justification first that it's this way only..then finally some sense prevailed and Mr badal changed it. The price of the dishes is very high in comparison to the quantity. When you are charging give that much quantity. Why spoil name by charging high tasteless food, no service. Mr badal was the only sensible person there took over and then served best. Or else we were on the verge of walking out though it was raining heavily.

Biryani was good.fred rice was good and so was schezwan rice. Overall it's clean and ambience is good. But that is not enough. Ppl.come for total package not to be insulted or not served well. The main problem is that there is no one person responsible there. All play their own game no one is related to anyone. No team work basically. I wonder how can a person invest build such a lovely place . Best location and then leave it to some ppl who don't...
