Very super awesome south indian authentic food. Their speciality dishes were real gud. They had the fineness in it. Each dish was unique in itself. Very good staff. So much supportive and helpful in nature. Very gentle in talking to people and very kind. Sitting arrangements and light arrangements could had been more better. I think in such scorching hot temperature of Ahmedabad, people need to have a comfort for fans atleast. So fans were not installed properly there. They can make this point more better. People need this. Also the lighting that they have done was not enough. I think there was more darkness compared to light. The place could be more brighter. Also there is this system of prepayment which is like the old school. First you have to pay for the food you want to purchase. So for each time you colleagues, friends, parents, uncle, aunty, kids, wife etc ask for something to you, you will need to go to the counter, get your wallet out with those oily or buttery or dirty hands and you need to pay them money upfront. It's just not at all comfortable in this era and atleast at that time when you are already sweating and ful of duty and oil an all. It feels like as if we are a theif and will run away after eating their food. It's not possible when you already have 2-3 guards sitting at the gates of the place. But overall it was good experience. I don't know how they would had been managing this open place in winters when food and people get cold instantly and most importantly in monsoon.
But it is worth to visit atleast once for the food and hospitality...
Read moreThis place is situated inside of one small alley Society name is Dashaporwad Not hard to find it . Near to Mahalakshmi Cross roads.
Ambience :
Technically not happy as i can understand as it is in open place but you can invest as too much hot outside and fans they are using are not working properly .
They are not focusing on cusotmer experience where you can enjoy food well.
Here as per my view it is 1/5
Cost
When i enter and see their menu at first i feel over price feel you are doing competition with other Restaurent like dakshinmurti or sankalp ...
Here as per my view it is over price compare to their competitor.. 2/5
Service
For coconut chutney i have to ask almost 5 times in my 40 minutes duration ..
Further you are not accepting credit card seriously ??? Forcing for cash instead of online payment...
So i am not so happy with service 2/5
Food quality :
Personally telling food was served great
Food quality and quantity was really good i am happy with that.
For food quality i can say 4/5
Personal suggestion in ahmedabad if you travel you can find same like restaurant Radika and many more ... Also quality and fit to your pocket. You must have to visit once ...
@ owner please try to focus on better seating arrangement @ also better experience with all...

The flavors, texture, and overall taste were simply outstanding. In the Paldi area, if you’re looking for a place that serves authentic and delicious dosas, this is the spot!
I tried their Paper Masala Dosa, Cheese Dosa, and Mysore Masala Dosa, and each one was amazing in its own way. The Paper Masala Dosa was perfectly crisp, light, and full of flavor. The Cheese Dosa was generously loaded with cheese, making it a perfect treat for cheese lovers. And the Mysore Masala Dosa had the right balance of spice and tanginess, which made it absolutely delightful.
Apart from the food, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The hygiene and cleanliness of the place were well-maintained, which added to the overall experience.
If you’re in Ahmedabad and craving dosa, Kaushal’s Paldi should be at the top of your list. Highly recommended for all South...
