⚠️ Strict Review – Keventers

Date of Visit - 01st Sept 2025 at about 6pm in the evening. Outlet - Keventers Prahalad Nagar.

Good Part: Taste was just average. The waffle was below standard. Chocolate Hazelnut shake was okay but nowhere near “delicious.”

⚠️ Now the serious issue – Billing, Service & Ethics: The girl at the counter CHEATED us openly. Despite asking for the bill three times, she deliberately refused to give it. She also claimed that PhonePe / Paytm / UPI were “not working” and forced us to pay in cash.

She asked for my number but didn't even receive any message or bill even on mobile.

When we later checked at home, we found that she had overcharged us by ₹100. Now it is very clear why she kept avoiding UPI and why she never gave the bill despite repeated requests – this was a planned fraud.

This is a serious case of cheating and malpractice under the Keventers brand name. Such unprofessional and unethical behavior is completely unacceptable. If this is how staff are allowed to operate, it raises big questions about management and brand integrity.

I had high hopes for the hot chocolate, but it was the worst I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no taste of milk, and the texture was incredibly watery. Instead of the rich, creamy, and comforting flavor you expect from hot chocolate, it felt like I was drinking plain hot water with a faint hint of cocoa.

The consistency was disappointing—it lacked the smoothness and thickness that makes hot chocolate enjoyable. It didn’t have the warmth or indulgent taste that I was looking forward to. Honestly, it didn’t taste anything like hot chocolate should.

For the price I paid, this was a complete letdown. If you’re craving a satisfying cup of hot chocolate, I wouldn’t recommend trying it here. It’s far from what you’d expect, and I left feeling disappointed. I hope they improve their recipe because this version is definitely...

This new outlet of keventers is undoubtedly the best outlet ever. The seating area is so comfortable and serene, it's a small outlet, but personal spaces are always the best aren't they?

Keventers has started a whole new range of products which includes much more than just milkshakes or thickshakes. It includes dessert jars, side eats, hot chocolate and a lot lot more. You can find any flavour that you are craving for!

I tried Orange Hot Chocolate, Mixed Berry Smoothie & Kesar Pista Milkshake, and none of it are worth any complaints, they are just so perfect! And my most favourite, undoubtedly and surprisingly was orange hot chocolate, sounds like a weird combination, but this is one of the best hot chocolate,...
