Khichdi etc. — Restaurant in Gujarat

Have placed ordered from swiggy and we( my self and swiggy customer care executive) were continously calling restaurant to give cooking instruction as I have missed to add it while placing order but restaurant number was switched off. Even I call restaurant searching google number but again was switched off. . I Want to just tell them to make 1 mild khichdi out of 2 for my kid (who was on medication and after long time and she specially asked for khichdi from this restaurant as it was her birthday.

Somehow I manage to connect with restaurant desk through my delivery partner and request him to make 1 mild khichdi for which he totally refuse saying order is already prepared and now he will not make any changes. I too was running a restaurant but we never argue with our customer and that my problem was related to my daughter health. They are simple worst management I have ever came across in this industry who can't even handle 1 plate.

Have some feelings guys.. Money is not every...

I had ordered dal fry and jeera rice combo from Zomato where it was showing its rating at 4.3 stars... The parcel was in good shape and everything was fine but all my hopes were shattered when I tasted the dal which was pathetic in taste as it had a burnt taste alongside a ton of tomato pieces which were giving the dal an extra unnecessary tangy flavour... Totally disappointed with the food while looking at the ratings available...

Many varieties of khichadi are available. Dal khichadi was good. Bisi bele bhaat could have been much better. Chaas was simple but really good. We didn’t ask for the chaas and the cashier was not ready to even consider discussing about it. We thought it came complementary with the khichadi. It was no doubt very good and we would have paid for it anyways, but customer service is great when you are open...
