The place has been made and decorated quite well. It looks and feels like a very classy yet casual place to hang out. Overall the place gives very good vibes, with a bottle of mustard on each table which i greatly appreciated and an electronic call bell for either the bill, water, or a waiter. The outdoor areas provide a place for smokers and for impromptu events to be set up like a match viewing or just outdoor seating. The swings look amazing and are a great place to hang out (no pun intended 😉) for a person who wants to visit alone or even to make an insta post.

Sadly, the more time you spend there, the more you get the feeling that it's all just a facade hiding a mediocre cafe. When you actually sit on the swings, they are quite uncomfortable and thus serve as nothing more than show pieces. The implementation of admittedly great ideas is lacking. The QR coded menu on table doesn't allow you to place orders or call for the bill from the table itself and requires you to head to the counter to place orders and to pay for them. I ordered a cold coffee with vanilla ice cream. It was lukewarm/room temperature coffee, the taste was nothing great, and there was an unceremoniously added scoop of vanilla ice cream. I also ordered a spinach and mushroom sandwich. It came with a side of fries and a salad/dip sort of thing. Fries were crisp and fresh and the salad/dip was confusing but decent, but the sandwich itself, while very well made with lots of spinach and nicely toasted bread, barely had any mushrooms in it. Still tasty, but more of a spinach cheese sandwich.

My advice, since you asked for it, would be this. Before trying new things that make this place stand out over the rest of the places in town, work on the basics like the quality of food and the taste of the coffee. Because in trying to implement fancy ideas, neither has the quality of coffee hit the mark, nor has the implementation of said ideas. I hope to see some improvements in the above mentioned areas, because if done right, this could be a GREAT place to come to. I recently visited Koa Cafe, located on Canal Ring Road, TP-1, Sevasi, and had a pretty good experience overall. This was my fifth visit here. The cafe has a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere, especially with its outdoor terrace seating that adds a refreshing touch. In terms of pricing, we spent INR 2800 for five people, which is slightly on the higher side compared to other cafes in the area. While the ambiance and food justify the cost to some extent, the cleanliness could use some improvement. That said, the moderate crowd and background music helped create a pleasant environment where conversations flowed without disturbances.
