La Pino’z Pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

Highly disappointed with their behaviour. I went there on 25th Dec and ordered 2 medium size pizza spicy paneer and garlic break with coke. I instructed them that give pizza after some time as I need garlic bread first. I will have to first. But they gave us all items at a time . I told them I am eating garlic bread and it's takes time so person is saying we have too many customers you need to take it we canot give order later Told him pizza will be cold and I ordered more than 1000 rs but his behavior was not good and very upset from such type of services. Very bad services

employees and staff were extremely rude, customer service and behaviour of staff was abysmal. Disrespectful staff. Didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. Haven't had this kind of treatment in any restaurants.

Not recommended to others. Go to another restaurants...

I am not big fan of unlimited pizza offer so i have started to explore best pizza places in surat by going their and trying regular and some different one. Now talking about this place i am not happy regarding food it's good but if you are offering Italian meal than it should have such a feeling one thing. which i dont like about this place. i think they add some mayonese in to pizza and add too little cheese which i dont like that much. I ordered italian pasta which is little bit on more saucy side. So overall avaerage experience. Till now i liked only pizzarito, redflame pizzeria, cofee king, p s delicacies Bardoli, spice house...

I recently visited La Pinoz Pizza at Athva Line and ordered two 7-Cheese Pizzas. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed when I received my order. The thickness of the pizzas was very low, and they appeared to be quite cheap and unreal compared to what I expected from a reputed pizza place like La Pinoz.

The quality didn't seem up to the mark, and it was not what I have experienced in the past from this chain. I strongly recommend that the restaurant checks the quality and consistency of their food to ensure customers get the best experience.
