La Pino'z Pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

had a very disappointing experience tonight with La Pinoz, Vesu branch. I placed an order through Zomato and the bill amount included a Coke, which was missing when the delivery arrived. I simply contacted Zomato support to request the missing item since I had already paid for it.

Zomato connected the call to La Pinoz Vesu, and the cashier named Mukesh spoke to me. To my shock, instead of resolving the issue or apologizing for their mistake, Mukesh openly said “I will not say sorry to the customer.” I even have the call recording of this conversation.

This kind of arrogance and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable in hospitality and F&B. A brand like La Pinoz should know the value of customer service, and having staff members like Mukesh who refuse to take accountability only damages the brand’s reputation.

If a simple missing Coke cannot be handled with basic courtesy and respect, I can only imagine how little they value their customers. This experience has left me very angry and I would strongly think twice before ordering from this...

One of the pizzas in the town , although the line is copied from another brand and chain of restaurant's , it completely fits into this one . this place has both things , pros and cons too. Let s start with pros , first of all the taste is classic and yum . The place is ambient and has a good set of staff all around . The menu fits for every person , from an adult to a small kid liking margarita . The place is serving a quick bite option . The place is clean and maintained . So that were the pros , now lets start with the cons ; the first thing I found that is not good is the less seating space , its first come first serve , there can only be 20 persons served at a single go . The pizza is too costly ranging from size to size . The overall performance of the restaurant is quite good...

Awesome food served quickly. Best for takeaways as seating arrangement is neither comfortable nor sufficient considering the rush over the place even in weekdays, weekends are whole another story though. Even home delivery service is really quick. However, randomly on some days they deny home delivery, which makes it difficult to plan. Really wide variety of pizzas are offered here so even if you are visiting the place for 10th or 15th time you can try something new. Parking is usually available and hardly available during weekends. Some offerdays are really discounting like Wednesdays and Fridays as there is one free pizza on one medium pizza. Overall a Thumbs up place 👍 , do visit in need of a pizza...
