Lounge Casanova — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently visited Lounge Casanova, a supposedly popular hookah place, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an overwhelming stench of stale smoke and a dimly lit, dingy atmosphere that screamed "run for your life."

First and foremost, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, paying little attention to the customers. It took an eternity for someone to even acknowledge our presence, let alone take our order. When we finally managed to place our order, it took ages for the hookah to arrive at our table. The lack of attentiveness and efficiency from the staff was truly disappointing.

Now, let's talk about the hookah itself. It was nothing short of a disaster. The flavor options were limited, and the tobacco used was clearly of low quality. The smoke was harsh and tasted like burnt plastic, completely ruining the experience. It was evident that the hookahs were not properly cleaned or maintained, as the pipes were clogged and the hoses were sticky and unhygienic. It felt like we were inhaling a toxic cloud rather than enjoying a relaxing hookah session.

To make matters worse, the seating arrangements were uncomfortable and cramped. The chairs were worn-out and uncomfortable, and the tables were sticky and dirty. It was impossible to find a comfortable position to sit and enjoy the hookah. The overall cleanliness of the place was questionable, with dust and grime visible in every corner.

Lastly, the prices at Lounge Casanova were exorbitant for the poor quality of service and hookah provided. We felt like we were being ripped off for a subpar experience. It's clear that the management is more interested in making a quick buck rather than providing a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere for their customers.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against visiting Lounge Casanova if you're looking for a quality hookah experience. The lackluster service, terrible hookah quality, uncomfortable seating, and high prices make it a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the disappointment and find a better hookah place that actually cares about...

Overall experience was good being at Lounge Casanova.

What I genuinely felt was this is one of the few place where I'd go for sicking relief as it has separate sections for lounge and food area.

Also, I noticed one thing that they don't allow puffing cigars inside the lounge, which I liked tbh.

The lounge is family friendly and most probably you should visit with your gang only! A huge NO for couples accd. to me or else you'll end up regretting your evening.

In addition to that, what I personally dislike was the restroom section (patheticly ill), management should look after hygiene foremost. The staff members were not wearing mask which is a big downfall !! The parking area for 2 wheelers should have atleast basic amenity like proper lights/lamps.

The service was good, we were actually allowed to sit for more than the pre-specified time in the lounge which I loved the most.

Bingo!! They also have CONTACT-LESS Menu sponsored by Petpooja which was flawless.

The ambience was 3 on 5.

Service 3.5 on 5.

Value for money 2 on 5.

When we were ordering, they had not told us about 45 mins rule and they have not mentioned it anywhere there. We were eating food and enjoying at that time suddenly waiters came and refused to change coal & told us to leave even though the place was empty. We also asked him politely that brother we were not informed about this, we are not aware about this rule & we are not sitting free, we have something to finish on table, still we requested him to let us finish this afterthat we will go but he replied rudely and said everyone knows about this rule, you cannotsit, you will have to go. His behaviour ruined our mood and we couldn't finish whatever we had ordered and had to leave. In other restaurants and cafes there is no bar of time until you are blocking the place for free. You people should understand that customers come to enjoy themselves and pay for your service. It also takes time to come things on table which we have ordered for. Really...
