Kitchen Area Separate and Clean: The kitchen area is distinct and well-organized, with cooking items and equipment regularly cleaned. Handwashing is required at regular intervals, as indicated by signs. Cooking Oil: The oil is refilled daily, both in the morning and evening. Proper Storage : All items are kept in a deep freezer to ensure quality. Frequent Refills: Vegetables and other perishable items are refilled every two hours. They are not preserved outside the regular temperature for more than two hours, and each refill is documented.

Air Conditioning Issue: Many outlets no longer have proper air conditioning. Instead, they’ve installed air coolers, which are ineffective during Gujarat’s intense heat. This makes the dining experience extremely uncomfortable, especially for families and children. Cheese Slice Missing – Misleading Customers: Another serious issue is that burgers which are clearly advertised or billed to include a cheese slice are being served without it. This seems like a deliberate move to fool customers and reduce costs — which is unacceptable from a reputed international brand.
This type of behavior not only affects customer satisfaction but also damages the brand’s credibility. As a loyal customer, I request McDonald’s India to take strict action and ensure: • Proper functioning air conditioning across outlets. • Honest food preparation that matches what is advertised and charged for.

We ordered french fries but we got worse quality french fries. Fries with sour taste and worst quality food. We got much better quality french fries at unlimited pizza or other local brands than this.
The burgers have decreased a lot in size. My whole family suffered food poisoning in a couple of hours after eating American cheese supreme burgers.Looks like selling stale food.

Makes Mcdonald's reputation 0 for not being friendly, kind and helpful. Need to change the way taking orders, show display, food quality and need to change the way of treating customers. Not at all recommended. Moreover, it is a waste of money and time. No ones there to complain about it.
