Novelty Pav Bhaji — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently tried a new spot, about 1100 km away from home, and I have to say, their Pav Bhaji, I was immediately impressed by the rich, spiced aroma wafting from the plate. The bhaji was velvety smooth, loaded with perfectly mashed veggies, and a glorious balance of heat and tang. What stood out, though, was the extra layer of flavor they added and a dash of lemon zest. The pav, soft and buttery, was toasted just right, giving it a slightly soft and fresh taste soft enough to soak up every bite of the bhaji. They didn’t skimp on the garnishes either—finely chopped onions, fresh cilantro, and a generous sprinkle of masala gave the dish a nice kick. It felt like an elevated version of the classic street food, without losing any of its comforting charm.

Tawa Pulao: Next, the Tawa Pulao. Now, I’ve had my fair share of tawa pulaos, but this one had a few distinct qualities. The rice was fluffy, well-separated, and had just the right amount of spice. The veggies were diced perfectly, and I could taste a subtle smoky flavor, likely from the tawa they used. What really surprised me was the slight crunch from the onions and the freshness of the herbs mixed in. It wasn’t greasy at all, which is often a concern with tawa pulao. The overall flavor profile was deep but not overwhelming—definitely a great pairing with the leftover bhaji from my pao bhaji

In major cases, v have taken away to dine at home. Be it for two or be it for Forty people's home or Uttarayan party. Never ever we found different taste. Always yummy 😋

They have ample sitting arrangement too but still, people stand in a queue.
