Pizza Hut | Akota, Vadodara — Restaurant in Gujarat

🍕😕 Pizza Hut at Akota, Vadodara, needs a lot of improvement. I visited recently, and my experience was not very pleasant. 😕

Hygiene & Cleanliness 🚨❌

The tables were not clean, and there were food leftovers and inserts flying around. It was very unhygienic and uncomfortable to sit and eat. The wash basin was fully choked, and the water was not draining properly. Such basic hygiene issues should be taken care of. 😞

Ambiance & Comfort ❄️😓

The AC was switched off, making the place feel warm and stuffy. The overall ambiance was dull, and there was a weird smell inside the restaurant. A good restaurant should have a fresh and pleasant atmosphere, but here, it was the opposite.

Service & Food 🍽️🤷‍♂️

The service was just okay, not great. The staff was not very attentive, and we had to ask multiple times to get our orders served properly. However, the food was decent, as expected from Pizza Hut. The pizzas were hot and tasted good, but the overall dining experience was not satisfying.

Parking 🚗✅

One good thing is that the parking space is sufficient and well-organized. There is plenty of space available for both bikes and cars.

We, friends, visited this branch on 15th sep 2024. They had rush due to sunday, and we observed that staff is very small and untrained. We needed to repeatedly ask for cleaning, sharing cutlery, nepkins. The major thing we faced, they placed our order without any bill and contact number, and I'm not sure how they linked it. I still don't have any receipt. When I asked while leaving, they said it would get generated tomorrow afternoon, I asked how, without phone number? Then he noted my co tact number somewhere offline. I haven't seen this even in the smallest unit of Pizza Hut. I am separately writing this to Pizza Hut also. Fun side: Look at the photo that says your pizza made here - slogan kept outside washroom (interior desater).

I went here on the 19th July. There was a lack of cleanliness, the air conditioning was not working, and the staff there asked me to order from the table, and I tried twice And I selected the pizza and paid for it, but after the payment, the refund message came and my money got stuck and the staff there knew that their server wasn't working but they didn't tell me and I talked to them about my stucked payment they talked with me rudely and told me payment will refund by today or three working days but today 9 days completed but haven't received the refund so I would like to say everyone please ignore this place and try the another outlets or any different brands food denied this place Because that time I left there without eating and the staff there didn't even admit their mistake and didn't even talk to me properly and for this outlet if possible then do my refund as soon...
