We recently had the pleasure of celebrating my son’s birthday at Sam's Pizza in Shivalik Plaza, and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this venue is well-equipped to handle celebrations, especially for children.

The arrangements were impressive, reflecting a seamless blend of professionalism and creativity. The decor was vibrant and playful, perfectly capturing the essence of a joyous birthday party. The children's area was safe, spacious, and filled with engaging activities that kept the little ones entertained throughout the event.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the food. Sam's Pizza definitely exceeded our expectations. The pizzas were not only delicious but also offered a variety of flavours that pleased both kids and adults alike. Accompanying sides and drinks were equally appetizing, ensuring that all our guests had plenty to enjoy.

A special mention to Sharad Tripathi, who was instrumental in organizing the entire celebration. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the planning process smooth. The staff, including Harish, Kamad, Amit, and Anand, were fantastic! They were attentive, responsive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making our experience special. Their hard work ensured that everything went off without a hitch.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Sam's Pizza at Shivalik Plaza for birthday parties and other occasions. Whether it's the delightful food, the fun atmosphere, or the dedicated staff, it’s a venue that truly caters to making every celebration memorable. I was personally a fan of Sam's pizza for their unlimited package. Their prices has been always high compared to others but the pizza and bread they served was the best and totally worth every penny. But i dont know what went wrong this time when i visited this IIM branch. We ordered jain unlimited dinner as usual and then started the disaster. The soup was cold. The cold salads were not much tasty either. Even the hot pasta 2 variety were dry and mild in taste. Salads were never a good option at sams so i awaited for the main item their pizza. And to my utter dissatisfaction the Margherita was totally dry,burnt from the top but undercooked from the bottom. Same followed for rest if their pizza options. Sams is known for their smooth buttery pizza base and this time it was totally opposite. One thing we loved was the jain bread. Jain bread is by far the best in any unlimited offerings. But I fear going to any Sam's pizza now having such a bad experience. And the worst thing was i dragged my friends here praising their quality and now all our money wasted. Totally dissatisfied with the experience. The ambiance was best of all but then that's it. The staff was courteous but even with half the occupancy the service was quite slow. I would suggest anyone going there for unlimited to try their small pizza once and check before proceeding with unlimited package. It has been almost twenty years since the first branch of (then named) US Pizza opened in Ahmedabad. It was a revolution in pizzas, with unlimited pizza, bread, 20+ salads and dessert.

Twenty years on, it is still the GOLD STANDARD in this genre. Just visited the place for Sunday lunch. It has significantly upgraded. The number and quality of salads has gone up. A variety of hot salads (pastas, noodles, mexican rice, biryani, manchurian, fries) have been added, and the classics have been retained (my fav are the cheesy macaroni, carrot n raisins, shell pasta). The bread is well baked and toppings are fresh.

People dont talk enough about the quality of pizza here. Maybe bcoz the salads dominate the discussion. But, the pizzas are superb. 4 pizzas are included in the meal- margherita, 4 cheese pizza, one thin crust and one paneer based pizza. All four are delicious, the crust is soft and the toppings are top quality.

The dessert has remained the same all through the years, and its their signature brownie with vanilla ice cream. Brownie is soft and blends great with ice cream.

Go there for parties, family meal or an intimate lunch, and you wont be disappointed.
