Very bad service!!!

The restaurant overall is decent. The luggage storage idea is great, and the food is genuinely tasty. But the entire experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the staff—especially in the air-conditioned hall.

We had our meal upstairs, as it’s more budget-friendly there, and then came downstairs to enjoy a coffee before our train. The hall was almost empty, with only two tables occupied. After we finished our coffee, the waiter came over and directly asked us to leave, saying we were “done” and not ordering anything else. He started arguing with us and insisted that we leave, even though the hall was far from full. It felt very unpleasant.

He clearly didn’t like the fact that we had eaten upstairs and then moved downstairs for coffee. But honestly—we could’ve had lunch anywhere, even at home, and then come here just for coffee. Why should that be a problem? We ordered, we paid—both for food and drinks. We didn’t sit for free. That’s still business.

To make things worse, the waiter stood uncomfortably close to us the entire time, which made it difficult to relax. We also saw another table leave without tipping, and the waiter checked the book and then threw it back on the table in frustration. I understand it’s disappointing, but guests are watching—and that kind of behavior ruins the atmosphere.

With staff like this, unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend the place. Hopefully, the management will pay attention to the service, because the restaurant really does...

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Sunrise Restaurant near Ahmedabad Railway Station, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. I ordered their Hyderabadi biryani with some personal customization, and they prepared it exactly to my liking. The taste was exquisite, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

Moreover, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend Sunrise Restaurant for both lunch and dinner outings. Their facility offers both AC and non-AC seating options, catering to different preferences, and their prices are surprisingly affordable.

On Sunday there is waiting to go in this restaurant. A person write the name of guest but he avoided giving table to couple or two. He try to give table large groups first. He also tries to take table at Non AC hall instead of AC Hall. The service supervisor force the customer to take bill before they complete the food. I may never go this place again. Felt insulted when they gave bill before we finished the meal. They also asked us to leave table when we were waiting to get change of what we paid and we had to kept standing for the change.
