The mall is located in very upfront area and has a large area but does not have any avenues of entertainment like a bowling ally or a multiplex. these facilities have become a standard in all malls all over.also many a times the third floor lacks the cooling of airconditioning.

Parking also is a problem with no proper parking for two wheelers. the food court also is not upto the standards and there are very few events which are again the a standard in many other malls in other cities.also there is no presence of a any fast food or pizza chains in the mall.a subway or Mc’Dys wuld have been an added attraction. even the range at all the outlets are not updated except for UCB and sometimes at pantaloons.

The mall also lacks the attraction which a mall has to have with no proper management. the attendents at all almost all of the outlets do not know their job and are just there because they have to be there, I think it would have been better if they would not been there atleast I would have had made my choice better. the mall could have been made better if all the facilities would have been used properly. no music no entertainment just oultlets of brands where people enter only to come out empty handed. with surat being india’s richest city people deserve a better mall and I really hope that the all new malls that are coming up are better off than Iscon and please for heaven sake get a multiplex in these malls which is...
