Amar Restaurant & Juice Center — Restaurant in Gujarat

Food - stale food was provided. Mysore Masala sabzi - Potatoes were so sour, smelled stale. Basic soup like Manchow was also so so, not up to the mark. Very poorly cooked and served basic dish like veg cheese grilled sandwhich.

Service - Absolute disaster. On 1st floor, we observed there were only 2 waiters, serving 10 tables. No attention was given to the table having 4 pax, both were busy with tables of 6+ pax. We had ordered masala papad, never came and while invoice was given, it was part of it. Had we not checked it, we would have paid for it as well. Waiters and wait in list managers were also not welcoming and showing basic respect to guests.

Housekeeping - so poor. Our table was full of garbage beneath it. While we told to clean the table from below as well, waiter wiped everything out. He wiped out dust, wasted food by last customer all along with spoons and forks fallen down with it, which they would give to next customer. Just imagine how much cleaning and washing they would be doing.

The way it has come from Mumbai to Surat, soon should again go back...

The location of AMAR restaurant is at good place at starting they managed well but with respect to time it's also deteriorates. Positive things:

1. the papdi/golden chat is good.
2. Manchurian is in good quality but less in quantity. 3)The management is quite good and they ask for your feedback but they don't cut your Bill. Negative things:
3. In our last visit the garlic bread has no taste of garlic.
4. you should wait a long time for your order for specific food and people get irritated that I have seen.
5. the sofa is not that much comfortable special it's my personal opinion. Over all a average restaurant. I love to eat here is Vada pav and paav bhaji in that I haven't disappointed...
