Zibrish Rooftop Dinning Lounge — Restaurant in Gujarat

So after reading almost all positive reviews, we decided to dine-in at Zibrish.

The food is just okay, nothing too excellent or too amazing. As a chef, I would NOT recommend ordering Pizza or Pasta at all - we ordered a Garden Picked veggie pizza and it didn’t even have Pizza sauce and instead had ketchup as base with the base way too crispy. We ordered Mixed Sauce Pasta which was a mess with more flour to thicken the sauce and least amount of cheese. Being in the service industry for over a decade, I would say the staff has least knowledge about the dishes and they forget things - like we had to remind them several times that we had ordered Masala Papad. They didn’t even know the quantity of how much was ordered and kept messing up.

On the bright side, the ambience is pretty good with the staff paying attention to the guests. They also took care of the kid while we dined so that there was some time off from the kid and we could focus on eating. The valet-parking staff was really prompt and helped us take care of the car immediately.

Dragon Paneer, Mexican Bean Soup, Cheesy Croquettes were really good although the dip served with the croquettes tasted like “Frooti” available in the market. The Gauloti kebab tasted weird while they tried to match the actual mutton Gauloti kebab and the Mongolian Rice was decent but had an aftertaste of a little Pav-Bhaji Masala - c’mon who adds Pav-Bhaji Masala to Mongolian Rice? We also ordered mocktail - Mixed Berry Colada and Moscow Blue, which were not too bad

I would recommend people to enjoy the ambience but be very careful about what you order. The management can also take some to have the kitchen staff, especially chef train the stewards.

One of the Best Dining Experiences in Surat!

Today, my wife and I planned a dinner at Zibrish Restaurant, and honestly, it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the ambience was equally impressive — truly one of the best places in Surat for a romantic or special evening.

What made it even more special was that, for the first time in Surat, we felt like we were dining at a high-end restaurant in Mumbai — a truly premium and delightful vibe.

A special thanks to Mr. Lavlesh, the Operations Manager, who treated us with great warmth and professionalism. He even gave us a lovely tour of the restaurant, which added a personal touch to our evening.

Kudos to the Zibrish management as well — you've hired an excellent staff that knows how to make guests feel special and welcomed.

Most importantly, heartfelt thanks to Architect Mr. Bharat Kosiya, who recommended Zibrish to us. Amazing work by him — he has helped create one of the best spots in Surat, where luxury, peace, and great food all come together in one place.

We had an absolutely wonderful lunch experience at Zibrish Restaurant! The food was delicious, the ambience was calming, and the overall vibe was just perfect.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Anil Tiwari ji for his ultra level hospitality. He made sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout. It's rare to experience such genuine and thoughtful service.

Another big surprise was from their Account Manager Mr. Deepak, who informed us that the unlimited lunch package is usually meant for a minimum of 4 people, but seeing our interest, they were kind enough to extend it to just 2 of us without any extra charges. This kind of flexibility and customer-first approach is something we haven’t seen anywhere else in Surat.
