Restaurants are rated on two parameters. One is Quality food and another is efficient timely service. No doubt on food quality though it cannot satisfy Dominos kind of pizza lover. They charged me for mineral water which i never order, they said they would return same night but they could not, due to delayed poor service we had to walk off in the middle of the food. When one dish served it was alway without sauces and by the time sauces came, dish get cold. We reminded them quite often but they were not attentive. I was frustrated and paid bill later found they charges 5% service charge which they should not as the service were not delivered and i have recorded call for future reference with them. I dare them to release our CCTV footage at their restaurant so anyone could easily understand how was we served on 31st Dec 2015 between 9.30 to 10.18pm Bill was falsely charged, thank goodness I was aware consumer. Putting their charge in comparisons, any one would get same food at 5 star restaurant. You wont believe but this is a PURE VEG restaurant. So this is first restaurant which I am rating a 5 on 5. I just loved it. Location- Located on the front side of the international business tower. Ample parking space available right outside the door. Ambience- The place is a fine dine. Beautifully made inside. There is a mocktail counter as well. Service- The guy outside the restaurant helped us with the menu. He also offered us discount and table decoration with flowers and candles for the anniversary couple. The menu is pure authentic italian. Its not easy to understand the names. The guy took our order patiently. He suggested us the dishes. In the end gave us a complimentary desert. Food- The bill is Attached in the photos. It shows what all we ordered. Every dish was awesome. The mocktail guy was super talented. He suggested us mocktails and they were like straight from heaven.
