Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Gujarat

This CCD staff is really unpleasant. I was buying a coffee and they serve me in paper cup with literally dirt on the top. I gave it back and asked for another cup. I was thinking spending 130 rs coffee and this is what I get. That's ridiculous. When I was drinking coffee on my chair and was talking to a client. A cleaner was mopping a floor during that time. He took my table with laptop away without even asking me. Atleast they should not mop the floor in a area where customers are sitting. Even if they want to mop , there should be a courtesy to ask a customer if they can move a table. How can they just move a table with a laptop while working on it. I came in this CCD for many times and I assure that many customers felt the same. I only come here because it is very close to my office and I didnt have other choice for a coffee.

The experience with this girl staff in the morning was terrible!

She ruined the CCD EXPERIENCE FOR ME, When asked to make the Americano extra strong whiich is a valid menu option with CCD ON little extra amount, she insisted for me to take an extra espresso, to which when asked why the espresso when extra strong is in menu, she says, the menu is old and does not contains the upgrades.

When ordered. aspinach cheese and corn Sandwich, the question is asked wether i want cheese, i mean seriously? How is that even a question? The title of the item say spinach CHEESE and corn!

No parking, i have to literally be vigilant for my car, to which zero comfort by the staff, for she was continiously isisting for me to take the order away...
