Worst possible service you could ever expect. They didn't clean the table even after 15 minutes of occupying the table, that too after 7 requests. We were not provided drinking water for half an hour. Nobody was there to take our order, like we didn't exist. Earlier, we were trying for home delivery but they were not accepting the online or telephonic orders citing the long queues because of Sunday + Valentines day but we observed 90% occupancy in restaurant and they were not able to serve even that. Customers from 5-6 tables were constantly approaching the counter for delay in delivery or some other problem. After finishing our meal, we asked for bill, which we received after 20 minutes. We could have easily walked out of restaurant without paying a single penny because nobody cared at all from starting. I hope they seriously act to improve...

Food was tasty but the service was very very slow. They said they had a technical problem...caused us a lot of irritation. Getting ice for a glass of fresh lime soda ( that was served with normal temperature water ) took so long...don't think technical problems were the cause of this. No proper AC added to the loss of fun we had got together for. The waiters somehow did not serve us the food...it was OK with us but may not go down well with some. A Cockroach Castle. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. It looks very dark from the outside and doesn't look inviting, as my dad has always told me never go to placed that are dark especially when you want to eat out. His saying was true when it came to this eatery. As we entered the place we spotted not one but many cockroaches on the table and seat maybe the administration is least worried about getting the pest control done or maybe people in Suart are not worried about eating outside at all.
