Would I stay...

I recently stayed at Hotel Pearl Residency in Sachin and overall, I had a positive experience. The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

One of the standout features of this hotel is the rooftop terrace, which offers great views of the city. The breakfast buffet was also quite good, with a variety of options to choose from.

However, there were a few downsides to my stay. The walls in the room were quite thin and I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. Additionally, the internet connectivity was spotty and unreliable.

I booked hotel and payed in advanced. Reported early check in but they said rooms will check out and available after 11Am. They advices to drop luggage and go for work. They will keep room ready. I arrived at 2100 same day and they said rooms are not available. What a pathetic customer service. I booked a day before and even reported early even though they were not informed me at 12noon. Upon arrival after my business visit at night 9PM they said rooms are not available and my luggage i found unattended in public Gally area. What they first respond to me is call OYO and change hotel by yourself this is not our concern. Is this a joke. They didn't even realised their mistake and reply to customer like cancel booking and go for another hotel at midnight. I never recommend this...
