Went to cafe yesterday and would like to share the experience. The place is rubbish and poorly maintained. The washroom urinals were clogged with URINE and were overflowing. Their staff's behavior was very bad and did not know how to treat customers. We were waiting for other members of group to join as we were 15 members, in the meanwhile their staff just continuously kept on forcing us to order or to leave as if we were BEGGERS. Although after everyone came we did make the order of more than 2 thousand. They have policy of minimum order of 100 rupees per head if we want to celebrate birthdays. I had talked with the management in advance that I have come for birthday celebration and had already ordered items of more than 100 rupees per head, Then also when we were cutting the cake, their staff came shouting at as that we cannot cut cake here. I mean what was that stupid behavior ??? I had already talked in advance about cake cutting then also why is your staff coming shouting towards us ?? Their attitude is like as if they are the best cafe in the town which is their wrong belief. Rajkot has way too many better options to go to. I would never recommend anyone to go to this cafe even if they pay you...

I recently visited Tea Street with my friends and family, hoping for a cozy afternoon filled with BOARD GAMES (not gambling) and good company. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing due to the rude staff claiming it to be managements decision.
From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. When we asked if we could play board games, the staff reacted dismissively, making us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. It was baffling, especially since the atmosphere seemed perfect for family fun.
If board games aren't allowed, it would be helpful to have a clear sign posted at the entrance. This way, families can make informed choices before they settle in. I mean what world is management living? Overall, we were left feeling frustrated and unlikely to cancel our order and the staff quote âYe sab uthao aur table khali karoâ. A little kindness and clarity would have been enough rather than the shitty management and poorly...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this cafĂ©. The ownerâs attitude was shockingly rude and arrogant, making me and my group feel completely unwelcome. Instead of treating customers with respect, he seemed more interested in showing off his superiority.
The service was unprofessional, with no regard for customer satisfaction. When we asked simple questions about the menu, we were met with sarcastic and dismissive responses. It was clear that the owner has no interest in making guests feel comfortable.
A café should be a place where people can relax and enjoy good food and service, but this place fails miserably in that regard. I would never recommend this spot to anyone who values good hospitality. There are plenty of other cafés in town with better service, better attitudes, and a more welcoming environment.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly. Definitely not...
