The Belgian Waffle Co. — Restaurant in Gujarat

This was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had! I ordered mini pancakes, and they had the audacity to serve them completely burnt. When I politely asked them to fix it or at least add some chocolate, they rudely refused and acted like I was the problem. The staff was unbelievably rude, full of attitude, and completely unprofessional.

They gave my money back to me like they were doing me a favor and didn’t even apologize for their terrible service. I can’t believe this is the kind of treatment Belgium Waffle gives its customers. It’s shocking and unacceptable.

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER visit this place. Instead, go to THE WAFFLE CO.—their pancakes are amazing, and their staff actually knows how to treat customers. This place is a joke and a complete waste of time and money.

Pathetic!...

I visited this outlet 3-4 days back at night. And first thing is that it’s a small place to dine in with a group so you want to try this with your friends or family you have takeout or order online. Now the waffles 🧇 and it’s varieties, it is too good and delicious and too sweet.Here you can get shakes and waffle cakes and crunches and mini waffles and pies so much varieties.They also offer some waffles at 67% less sugar than regular one, I haven’t really tried it so I can’t tell exactly if it really has less sugar or not. Please try for your self. It’s also not that much costly from my perspective. And staff was polite and responsive. Also they do receive digital transactions. So if you’re person who likes sweets then must visit this place and get an quick bite or drink....

As per pooja (Floor Manager ) & anivesh the works here told every customer,store is stop to taking order. And minimum took 3-4 hour of waiting.

The anivesh was so rude that he forcefully came out site store and told me to leave as store is closed.

This how not belgium waffle work.

And they make store closed.

Management team should know the customer flow and arrange the things accordingly. kindly look into this matter.
