The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Gujarat

One of the many outlets of Belgian waffle, this one is located on the main road near Vijay cross roads. The place thankfully has an easy access to parking. The outlet is pretty tiny and houses only a couple of tables. We tried the Chocolate Overload Waffle, Belgian Chocolate waffle, Blueberry Cream Cheese waffle, Dark and White Fantasy waffle, Butterscotch Crunch waffle and the Chocolate shake. All waffles were pretty fresh and soft. The taste was absolutely perfect. The chocolate shake lacked uniformity as the first order was pretty exceptional which forced us to repeat it. Really worst and very bad experience at this store Rude behaviour of staff , takes more than 30 mins to prepare one waffle and giving pathetic excuses saying the waffle machine did not work at all. We have visited with 2 years old kid and very much disappointed with the overall environment and service and behaviour. I would rate minus 100 points for my experience. If they can't manage the orders then why they accept the orders when we ask for refund the guy was too rude. Very very very very much disappointed with my experience.
