No offense... I went here on 14 feb where i ordered 2 red velvet waffles on 200 bucks... my order num was 268... 254 num was on board... so there was a rush due to order of fest season... Bt whn my turn came they gave me only 1 red velvet waffle and after 6 orders they gave me d other one... D worst part is d person who took d order,,, his behaviour was so rude at me dat i had 2 stand there with one waffle in my hand... it was not accepted... Dis was d 1st thing... 2nd thing is waffles were not good as before and cream wasn't available at bottom... So Never go on special offers days... Read moreWorst exprience with store manager. He was extremely rude to us and didnt even explain the rules of the birthday surprise discount to us even after repeatedly asking 3 to 4 times. Even when it was his mistake, he did not admit it and nor did he acknowledge it and still was shouting at us and not even letting us put our side when we confronted him. Even with adequete proofs he did not acknowledge his mistake of not informing us the terms and conditions of the offer.
