Wow .. I think I was really lucky I visited this place. I am a food lover.. Punjabi Food in particular.. Last night I was at Vadodara and was looking for a place serving good food. And found this place.
Really had a good time spend there. Though they can accomodate only 4 people for dine in.. as their business is to deliver. Cloud kitchen. But came to know they are starting a dine in place in short time.
We saw the owner couple and staff very busy preparing food items with all the love from their heart. And when we got our order it was served with the same love n smile on face... Daal Makhani Langarlwali, Paneer Labaabdaar, Chur Chur Naan...
Never had such delicious punjabi food ever. I good place to have real authentic punjabi taste. A superb combination of spices and a balanced taste. Perticular the gravy used in different varieties are prepared by themselves and not outsourced like many others.
And so humble nature of the owner couple Ranjit Singh ji and his Wife. Thank you both for the lovely food.
I suggest everyone,When you are in Vadodara staying anywhere, just try and order once. I bet you can not forget the food and would definitely visit again.
And one interesting thing.. Ranjit Singh ji is a Nature Lover, Wild life photographer you would definitely love talking to him when he is free.
Looking forward Ranjit Singh ji to meet you again and to go on bird watching trip.
Be my guest whenever you are...

Having heard about Kaur’s Kitchen for a while, we finally decided to drop in randomly one day for a meal — and what a meal it was!
• For appetisers, we wanted to have soya chaap & went with the owner’s suggestion, Tandoori Soya Chaap. The minute we had the first bite, it melted in our mouths! So so good and flavourful and not very spicy as well! Have never had such soft soya chaap in Baroda that is so flavourful 😍
• For the main course, we again went with the owner’s suggestions — Paneer Amritsari Tadkewala with Cheese Garlic naan. The paneer was tooo soft, the gravy delicious and the cheese garlic naan complemented the sabzi so well! Would definitely recommend to try the cheese garlic naan — it was the bomb! 💣
• Next, we had the Fried Mushroom Biryani — what a masaledaar biryani this was! The problem with most biryanis is the dryness, but this one was juicy & flavourful.
• We spent around 1k for 2 people for a full 3 course meal with lassi & buttermilk, so the price point was decent, not too expensive.
All in all, we had a wonderful meal & would love to come back to try more of...
Read moreVisited Kaur’s Kitchen for lunch today (22 Jan 2023) and found this small husband/wife operation to be a hidden gem located in an unexpected area of Manjalpur. It was a good time to try this restaurant as it was not very busy and got special attention from the owner. Ordered Mushroom Deluxe and Sarson ka Saag with Makhi ki Roti and Lachee Paratha. Food was delicious and portion sizes were more than sufficient for the two of us. We also had the Gaajar Halwa which was also good and plan to try the Punjabi Kheer on my next visit. I am a fan of Punjabi food and this place felt special as they seem to take extra care in preparing the food the authentic way. Spice level is moderate which is what I can handle but they can accommodate it to be milder or spicier if needed. With the restaurant being small, it is recommended to get there earlier in the evening as the wait can be as long as 1-1.5 hrs from 8pm onwards. I have tried the fancy restaurants in Alkapuri but prefer this small unpretentious place for the quality of food...
