I recently stayed at Ropeway Hotel in Surat, and unfortunately, my experience with the food and cleanliness was quite disappointing. While the hotel had its charms, the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the premises left much to be desired.

Firstly, the food quality was below par. The taste and flavors of the dishes were far from satisfactory. The ingredients seemed lacking in freshness, and the overall presentation and execution of the meals were substandard. It was disappointing to encounter such poor food quality during my stay.

Furthermore, the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to the mark. The common areas and rooms were not well-maintained, and there were noticeable cleanliness issues throughout the premises. This lack of cleanliness had a negative impact on the overall experience and made it difficult to feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay.

While the hotel may have some positive aspects, such as the location or certain amenities, the poor food quality and lack of cleanliness significantly overshadowed any positive aspects. It is essential for a hotel to prioritize hygiene and ensure that guests have a clean and pleasant environment during their stay.

Considering my experience, I would recommend potential guests to explore other options in Surat that prioritize both food quality and cleanliness. It is important to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and unfortunately, Ropeway Hotel did not meet those expectations in terms of its food and...

Pathetic Service & waste of money.

01st December we want to hotel for making celebration of My Niece’s Birthday Celebration.

1st We get the seat near to toilet, then the story has started to play. Because beside to our table toilet was there, it was a bit smelly. Also Glass water bottle was also very dirty, I really don’t wether they have washed the bottle in past 4 months ? Infact dusting particle was also there in Waster bottle. When I have complained about the water then after manager said that if i can arrange the new water ? I was shocked to listen if ?? What the meaning of If ??

When we are paying you 400/- per plate then what’s the meaning of If !!!

Also food is not tasty compare to their other competitors like as Dilse, Royal Dine, Or Dewan E Khas

Really Good Restaurants are there in Surat but people are looking for Cheap Price & much items in thali then later on got feel that they have been cheated by restaurants Owner.

Pay 450/- at Dewan E Khas get quality food.

Average per family takes 3 item from hotel then pays off 1000/- but I don’t think so to make waiting at outside the hotel for taking food & later without taste to pay 300/- or 400/-

One Last sentence Bhai Hotel Clean Rakho, There was no table cloth, dish was contaminated with dust ...

Heard of its innovative serving and seating but was hugely disappointed Went for unlimited dinner and asked to sit kn their cable carts but they told that it had waiting for like 2 hours so we opted for the regular table.

Seating was nice but the place gets a lot means a lot noisy and we friends were unable to talk properly.

Their menu was great and had almost all different things in one great unlimited meal.

Their taste was averge . The chaats were good and naans were served hot and fresh.

Main course was also fine. But the service was the worst

The person who took our order and also served was non sense. Made the whole evening worse because of his over smartness. I got really angry on him. My one friend didn't order anything but that person poked him everytime he came. Also he kept on saying nonsensical things that made us feel angry on him.

Also there was no where written on the menu that the ice cream was limited but they refused to give us another when asked and that guy told that he said that it was limited though it was not written on the menu.
