Read moreThere is NO Secret to delivering an Excellent Fooding Experience. The Secret Kitchen does almost everything right.
Entry greeting - They have employed people to help n guide you from the time you enter the restaurant. It creates a sense of FEEL GOOD FACTOR.
Excellent Ambience - The decor, the rose petal pond , the tall plants, perfect lighting and couple tall wood chairs. Everything in this department is perfect. It creates a RIGHT MOOD FOR ENJOYMENT.
Crockery & Polite Service - I always give crockery utmost importance. Glass crockery is must for hot food. They serve in glass crockery and of very good quality. I hate restaurant which serve hot food in plastic Crockery. Just a little down side is some of plates are little chipped from corners. I suggest The Secret Kitchen team to chip in New glass crockery. The order taking staff to serving staff is very polite and give NO FUSS service. It is Very important for serving staff to serve with right Attitude. It creates a sense of RIGHT PLACE YOU ARE IN.
Quality of Food - I must congratulate all their chefs of cooking very amazing mouth watering food, from soup to starters, from Mexican tacos to Punjabi subji , everything was perfectly cooked & right in taste ( not to hot , not to bland, Perfect in taste). The chefs are really excellent. It creates a sense of SATISFACTION and CALMNESS.
I enjoyed my every moment at the restaurant and I highly recommend - The Secret Kichen to all who value...
Read moreThe overwhelming positive reviews led us to finally give a shot to Secret Kitchen. We were excited and looking forward to the experience. However, this venture led us to dissatisfaction.
Starting on a positive note, the ambience is good. Unfortunately, that's the extent of what can be praised.
The food is picturesque but I hope you‘re not only in for that. More importantly, it was OK at best in taste. You pay for the presentation. We had a Manchow soup, New York platter, and Green Manchurians. The soup was a disappointment. I wonder how can you screw up such a routine preparation. NY platter was fine. Manchurians were the best of the lot.
Due to our disappointment, we decided to cut our losses right at the appetisers, not risking ourselves with their main course or deserts.
The staff is not polite at all. Servers don‘t account for the number of people at the table and serve uneven portions. We were four, that shouldn‘t be a challenge.
One last crease, we were overcharged by one extra bottle of water, which costs ₹150! You read that right. In the light of the pandemic, thoughtful restaurants have stopped serving regular water in favour of packaged water at no cost, while this place still gives you the choice. Beats me as to why.
Cost: This place is quite expensive. A good benchmark is the cost of bottled water: ₹150.
Overall, a sure-shot no go...
