Urban Chowk - Chandkheda — Restaurant in Gujarat

Third class staff of MAHARAJA DOSA of Urban chowk. Staff has no professionalism on how to handle if the customer is having some problems with the food they prepared or any service. So here is the full incident: I had ordered one massala dosa , one mysore masala dosa and one onion uttapam. So dosa items were fine so no complaints. While I ate Onion uttapam, the taste was burnt and bitter, and I saw the tossed onion was completely burnt. So i went to the billing counter and showed it to the main staff. Now see the conversation below between us. Me: why are these Onions brunt.? Staff: we do to make it more crispy. Me: but there is difference between crispy and brunt. You made it completely burnt. And why crispy for uttapam. Staff: (very rudely) no we do prepare like that. Me: even I use to prepare in home and not doing like that. Staff: (again very rudely) ok you can come here and prepare. In our receipy style we prepare like that. Me : okay. Staff: (tuantful) thanku.

So during that conversion he did not accept any mistake or not even saw to the my plate. I went back again and said you didn't listend my problem and not even talked politely. Again he revert like "no I was talking politely"

So the verdect is poor food quality with arrogent staff. I know this will not solve any problem, but might help someone before order from...

..lately there were many clone of food bazar of manek chawk. They have been worst to horrible. I have seen funny such places where food park means serving pav bhaji, dosa, Chinese, sandwiches and pizza. And that’s it. I have not mentioned quality of food 😜 . But then I would blame to Ahmedabad public who just throw in on weekends just in the name of eating out. Jesus — you are eating poison in the name of food if I don’t mince my word, I will literally mean it. Ok let’s talk about this place — just amazing and vibrant. Best part is they got some good food chains and quality food here. Also I personally liked that they have non veg stalls too - not because I do eat or not non veg food but how much time you will remain isolated where as all other state or world has common restaurants that serves both.

Some flee market outside on weekends I believe. This place can guarantee you good time and food, not sure about place to seat and...
