William John's Pizza Superlative Maninagar — Restaurant in Gujarat

Not a great place. Pros:

1. Price - Its 229 for adults and 160 for children 3 to 9 for unlimited buffet, including unlimited soft drinks, which is very much accepted.
2. Buffet - good variety in buffet as compared to other pizzeria. Very good salads and starters.
3. Taste - good.
4. Panipuri stall - This is really an USP. Tasty and hygienic panipuri.
5. Parking - Special parking space is available which is otherwise very difficult to find near Kankaria
6. Senior Citizen - 50 % concession for them.

Cons:

1. Waiting - There is long waiting. That's ok. But at least you should do some sitting arrangements for the waiting crowd. There are only 5 chairs in waiting area. Other option stand on road.
2. Service - Pathetic. Long wait for everything. They will come according to their mood. No one bothers what you want. They will serve you whatever they like. Even for drinks and water also.
3. Buffet - The hot Chinese buffet was empty for more than 45 minutes. No one taking care to refill it. If anything in buffet finishes, may be it will come after 45 min to 1 hour.
4. Ambience - The interior is good but space is very small and very noisy. Tables are very closely spaced and there is no privacy at all. Sometimes you've to share your table.

Overall you can go there just to eat pizza at affordable price. But if there's in any special occasion which you want celebrate or you want to take someone special for dinner or spent some quality time, forget it. But it's good for children's birthday parties. Every child loves unlimited pizza and soft drinks and parents...

When we reached it was fairly empty and we had selected unlimited menu. The staff was rushing us to start eating even before they served us soup. We started with the salads where there were people in queue already, just sat back with our plates we were reminded there is ample of waiting please hurry. The staff was not courteous at all, we reminded them multiple times we just got here to eat. When it came to serving pizza half of the times we were waiting for the staff to serve us pizza. So only rush us to eat but don't rush yourself to serve. I won't visit this joint again, the staff needs to learn hospitality. When it came to food half of starters were empty, dessert counter empty but we need to rush with our eating. Please visit any other pizza place rather than this one. Pizzas all tasted the same and uncourteous staff.

Edit: I am editing this review as reply to the business. Just because you don't like the review does not mean I did not visit your restaurant. Mujhe jab khana shanti se khau uska tak time nahi dia, photos lene tak ka time nahi dia apke staff ne. Galti mano aur apne aapko sudharo rather than telling your customer that...

Very average taste & poor quality of Pizzas & worst service ever..

👉We 6 frnds went for unlimited pizza this week.. Starter was bit okay but pizza base was raw from very 1st pizza delivered.. & Complained this 5-6 times, even to the manager but still till the end served raw based pizzas..

👉Most irritating thing is we (& everyone around) have to wait half an hour (20 mins min) to get next round of another pizza.. We were served only 3-4 pizza slices & single garlic brand in 1 & half hour..

👉Neither the cold drink nor dessert were upto the mark & they're charging 269 rs. for a thing which doesn't even deserved 99 rs.

👉At the time of payment when asked for review book, they denied for having it & gave a childish excuse that we don't have enough staff, so this thing happened.. but took the full payment shamelessly for Starter only, without guilt or even a SORRY..

I wish I can give minus ratings to this...
