William John's Pizza Superlative — Restaurant in Gujarat

Visited on 28th May, 2023 - Sunday for dinner

Prices Rs. 326 including tax

Salad/starter - good, they had hot Gulab Jamun too and good variety and taste

Pizza - Bad. I have attached photo of base of thin crust pizza, it was rock solid hard and burnt, other pizzas were also okayish, only Puff pizza was good

Cold drink - the first glass of colddrink we received was from a tray which the person was serving on different tables, the colddrink didn't have gas and was feeling like sugary water instead of coke, we again asked for proper coke, and 2nd time though the waiter filled the pitcher from the machine and directly served us, it was not strong

Pastries - 4 to 5 varieties of pastries, okay in taste, not bad

Cocktail - not recommended, can be avoided (single serve)

Cheese fondue - in some famous YouTube videos by food bloggers, they showed proper cheese fondue with decent amount of cheese, in my photo you can see literally 2 spoons of cheese served (single serve)

Last they have vanilla/strawberry icecream

I'll never visit again nor recommended this place to anyone

The staff seemed less in number than required, though i have to say staff was good and helpful whenever they were free Service was...

Very very poor food.... every pizza tastes very similar..... for children less than 9 year you need to take Aadhar card as per their owner who told me when I asked him to consider rates accordingly😅 even service is not at par.... more than 4-5 different waiters come and take ur order and will constantly going to ask what's ur order? When one waiter was serving cold drink on my table the owner took the cold drink jug from him and gone to serve it to someone else. One of the dish cheese fondue was served to us after asking them 5-6 times. Even the liquid cheese was so thin that u can consider it like chutney😅 Last but not the least before I complete my dish the bill has been given to prior to having dessert. When I asked the owner this should not be done on the contrary asking his staff he told me that they are taking bill charges prior to have food over there😡 the music into restaurant was playing so loud and the place was very noisy..... at the time of entrance most of the tables were empty and the tables were not properly prepared... even water glasses were not there on my table... not recommending at all.... pls dont waste ur money for this poor food...

A “superlative” disaster at William John’s Pizza Superlative, Rajkot!

If you’re hunting for the worst possible pizza experience wrapped in attitude, this is the place! The bread was a perfect storm of burnt patches and doughy insides—clearly a chef’s bold attempt at redefining “cooked.” The flavors? Oh, they were there… somewhere… hiding deep inside the dry, bland, lifeless slices. It’s like they thought chili flakes could magically turn plain bread into a gourmet meal. Spoiler: it didn’t.

The presentation was another highlight—if you enjoy random, half-eaten pieces carelessly thrown onto a plate. It screams “we forgot about this.”

And let’s not forget the manager. Oh, the manager! With an I know it all attitude that could power an entire city, he confidently dismissed every complaint as if we were the ones clueless. Asking for fresh food or better service seemed like a crime against pizza itself!

If you’re a fan of burnt bread, zero seasoning, and being treated like you’re the problem, this place is a must-visit. Otherwise, save your time, money, and taste buds—this disaster shouldn’t be on anyone’s...
