21 Shots - Skybar & Brewery — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I recently went to 21 Gunshots in Sector 56 Metro Mall. It was a really nice experience overall. One great thing about it is they have a live band, so you can enjoy live music while you eat. They give you the choice between indoor seating with a covered area or outdoor seating on the open terrace where you can listen to the live band.

The food there is really tasty. They also have a good selection of drinks. One suggestion I have is that they could do more to promote their buffet options or happy hour deals.

If you love music, you'll enjoy the tunes they play. Plus, they have other music choices too. Whether you prefer something upbeat or more mellow, they've got you covered.

Went Here On Last Sunday Afternoon For Quick Lunch. We Were Looking For Good Food Place Near To Sector-56 Gurugram. After Searching For A While On Zomato And Google, I Found This Place Nearby To My Current Location i.e., 21 Shorts : Skybar & Brewery This Place Located In World Metro Mall & Is On The 4th Floor And We Decided To Give A Try.

As We Entered The Place, The Staff Welcomed Us And Arranged A Table For Us.

We Started Here With Mineral Water, Fruit Punch, Freshly Brewed Seasonal Beer & Wheat Beer All Were Very Good In Taste, Recommended For All.

Then In Starters, We Had : Zafrani Fish Tikka, Gudnaal Paneer Tikka & Peri Per Chicken Thin Crust Pizza. All Were Super Delicious, Perfectly Cooked, Cheesy, Marinated With Juicy Chicken. Recommended For All, Must Try.

Extremely rude behaviour of the Restaurant Manager Anil.

We made booking through Swiggy dineout. After the payment was made Mr Anil came and mentioned the payment is not acceptable and asked us to pay more. He was just not ready to listen.

During the conversation he also mentioned that it will not make any difference if we don't come to the bar again.

Later, he started briefing his staff in front of us.

The bar has just started with rarely any customers and on top of it such behaviour of the manager.

Extremely unprofessional, he was having his food in uniform next to our table. The other staff are trying their best to ensure that the customers come back but he is on a different tangent.

It was my 3rd visit. Last 2 times, the experience was good but this time he spoilt everything. Don't feel like going to...
