Please don’t ruin your important events by depending on such unprofessional folks. I had the worst possible experience ever thanks to the owner Manu who is extremely unprofessional. Despite of sharing multiple reference images and having innumerable discussions with him for my husbands birthday cake he not only poorly understood and processed my order had the audacity of putting it on the customer for not explaining well.

I requested the cake to be fixed and made as discussed and Mr. manu agreed for it. As soon as their delivery executive left he left me cold feet and backs out of resolving it and is arrogant and unprofessional enough to and I quote him “ aapko jo karna hai karo lo this is the best we can do cake return kar do for all I care”

Despite of sending written notes and explicitly discussing the entire details of the cake if someone calls and asks the customer if strawberries are to be incorporated in the ganache of a strawberry chocolate cake , just half and hour before delivery. I think that very well speaks of their experience.

Very unprofessional staff. I had ordered a customized cake for my daughter's birthday and they didn't deliver the cake and never acceptted their mistake rather made excuses that I did not confirm them. Not at all experienced baker as Manu (owner) claims. You tell them something, and yet they will deliver a local looking cake. And ask for designer cake prices.
