InnerChef — Restaurant in Gurugram District

We have been ordering regularly from Innerchef for the past few months. The food ranges from excellent to below average. The delivery persons are mostly excellent in their service. However where Inneechef completely lacks is in terms of receiving and working on customer feedback. We have had regular issues with Innerchef on these points and have taken the time to write emails to give feedback on food items, on technical problems etc. - NONE of which are acknowledged. The fact that this happens regularly clearly points to the team not giving two hoots about the feedback process. This has happened at each instance of sending emails, and we have finally had to resort to checking online articles to find out the names of the two Directors who launched Innerchef and then writing to them on Facebook, on one instance. We received a curt sorry about this, sort of response and a call from a customer-service person the next day. However the very next time the same issue happened and none of the complaint emails were very acknowledged and none of our requests of resolution of technical issues on the website are responded-to either. This really shows badly on the company and it is for this complete and utter disregard for customer communication that Innerchef...

I tried Innerchef today over regular competitors and became their first time customer (thanks for the 1 time discount). I ordered masala omlette and paneer parathas. First things first, the food is above average and certainly 5 stars plus. From the business name it looks like 'actual' chefs cook the food and looking at the hygeine, packaging, taste and amount of oil used in my food, I can guarantee chefs who care for customer's health cooked my meal.

The paneer parathas impressed me a hell lot. superb taste and they qualify for a great breakfast. highly recommended. the masala omlette was fantastic too and served just like it's served in the UK with little tomatoes and french bread. awesome experience. keep it up guys. and yes, all dishes in the menu are super affordable so i recommend everyone to try...

With the raise in social commenting and expectations of the customer, people tend to dis respect ghe hard work of the people behind the brand or label. Though its quite a simple way to right bad about this brand, wwithout seeing and respecting ghe constraints and issues at the backend. I have recently been ordering from innerchef and i can relate to the brands vision towards thefuture. I must appreciate about those fine details included in each food delivery, from the subtly marked packaging to the ingredients incoporated and the most precious element-the taste.
