Not at all customer friendly and it’s their management I guess than their staff who are so very rigid and rude . I ordered coffee and brownie there today and my kids were having burgers outside Wendy’s .Out of love they offered me little and kept having their food outside Cafe in sitting area. I was asked to leave immediately the moment I took the first bite of the food kids gave me and I was still having my coffee and brownie . I hope you guys are aware that CCD as a chain has off late become well known for poor hygiene, impolite staff (search for ccd staff slaps man in jaipur), cockroaches in food and a sizeable amount of listed items not being available. Many people report falling sick after visiting CCD.

Anyway, a relative fell sick after having a sandwich at CCD, subhash nagar about a month and half ago.

I dont know what grave ineptitude overcame me and I ended up drinking two cups of coffee at CCD to kill time. Lo and behold, I fell sick too. Coincidence?...

Ordered classic Hot fudge sundae but what I got was just white cream and vanilla.. no nuts and no cake! Staffs don't even have the courtesy to inform nuts are not available.. They even wonder if classic hot fudge comes with nuts! @cafe coffee day: need not focus on customer delight but atleast give the product what we pay for.
