Burger Singh — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Very unethical company. I ordered burgers with fries. They didn't deliver the fries. When I lodged complain I didn't receive any response. After more than an hour I received a call from store saying they can get fries delivered. I said I have finished my dinner and if they could refund the money. They said they can't refund but in next order they will deliver fries free of cost. When I placed next order they denied any such committment. They can't keep their words for few hundred rupees then how can you expect them to deliver unadulterated, hygienic food as they can earn millions...

As suggested by one of my friend, I ordered one udta punjab combo with dilli 6 fries and shunya cola. By the time order reached my place, the fries became little soggy and was not hot. Although I liked the masala they used for fries, it was very tempting. The burger was an average as compared with the price. Shunya cola tasted nice. I didn't like the was it was packed as it was delivered in a take away manner. Would suggest the cafe to properly pack and then send...
