The owner made his own policy for payment gateway and he don't follow any rbi rules for accepting payment through upi.

I want to purchase one packet of biscuits which mpr is rs. 10 and want to pay from my Paytm account but he told only cash for this item.

When I asked to shop owner why you don't accept upi payment for this item then he answered is shocking "minimum purchase of rs 30 and above will under upi payment".

According to RBI guidelines if anyone denied to accept any transaction though UPI is illegal and offence.

In replay of my review: I think you are still not want to realized that you have done mistake and you blame on me that i have not Rs.10 in my pocket, So my dear shop owner why you asked me for purchase minimum rs 30 for online UPI.

But at the last you still not answer my question "Why you not accept Rs. 10 vai UIP"

At the end i suggest to all peoples go to Le Marche @ Galleria instead of Super Bakery(Departmental/Grocery...

Never visiting there again. The quality of items are subpar and can't get started on the rude staff. They aren't helpful or welcoming. It just seems like a rugged store in a lively area because of which they still exist. Highly disappointed with the staff behaviour. I asked for some products and the responses were rude each time. I would've raised it to the owner but I did not find them at the store. Wouldn't recommend anyone to visit. For quality and dust free products, you can find multiple outlets. Better to...

The owner & most likely his son sitting at the cashier desk are absolutely rude , impolite .. worthless.. They force you to buy at least worth 50 .. won’t accept any wallet / card / have no cash to offer change .. seems frustrated at themselves & the world .. zero knowledge of customer service skills .. I wish god give them some sanity.. peace .. poor mindset to say the least .. a sub standard shop is an upmarket place like Galeria .. I see multiple reviews with similar poor...
