WRONG ORDER, CHARGED EXTRA and to top it off RUDE MANAGER

Received a wrong order. Tried calling the store multiple times but they didn't pick up the phone.

I had placed the order on the app. Left a concern on the app domino and got a call the next day. The lady Kushboo first offered to refund the difference between the order placed and order received. I said I had called multiple times yesterday to replace the order but nobody picked up the phone. I asked them to either provide me the order i had placed or refund the whole amount.

The lady after discussion with manager then said we will provide your order again at any time suitable to you. I said ok and asked how should i avail this. she said just call our store and say my name. i said i need something more formal as someone might refuse. She said we dont give anything in formal. I got a little annoyed with the service and asked for the manager.

The store manager said the same thing over and over again and was pretty rude about it. I got pretty irritated by this point and said ok give me in whatsapp and/or email to what you are offering so that atleast i have something in writing.

After the call they closed the ticket created without sending any details in whatsapp or email. NO refund or any replacement given by store. So i thought about posting it here..

Pretty BAD...

Domino's is perfect place for hardcore pizza lovers. Amazing food, as always expected from domino's . Plus the service provided was really great. During the Covid time, the staff continued to wear masks and maintain social distancing as much as possible.Great food and ambience. The waiters were friendly and accommodating.Everything looked perfect here. Service was quick and efficient. Menu offers good choices of delicacies for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. The food is awesome. You just need to find out the best item you like. They will serve you according to your taste buds. Adjust the spiciness according to your taste. The ambience is good and service is excellent. Good food. Nice and quite place to enjoy your...

Hey, Domino's is something that I would love to rate here. I've been hvng their pizzas for last I don't know how many years. And I will fail to recall any incident where they've compromised on either their quality or service, which simply means that they're no less than perfect. Here are my own reasons of rating them 5 🌟 when I used to be a hard core Pizza Hut fan at some point. They (Domino's) keep revising their menu options to include smthng new and better. They don't show any kanjoosi on toppings and thus their pizzas are fully loaded with the fresh toppings. On the contrary, PH puts extremely limited toppings. Their base are handmade and real fresh wherein PH's aren't. I am and will remain loyal to them....
