3 star as we love pizza..

But this review is more of some feedback and suggestion and of course the experience.

Dine in/ delivery , I order pizza online, by mistake I did it Dine in and ordered. Now, there is no option to rectify it. Only option call restaurant, get it canceled and reorder it again. Now if you ask to deliver it, additional charges, this doesn’t happen if I do it right away, means ordering online with delivery OR do you guys have different prices for Dine in and Delivery? I don’t think so. I got no option than to go and pick the order. Now this is important. I asked for a carry bag, extra charges!! Are you serious?? No contact less things followed during pandemic ( I have to take delivery with bare hands ). Not good at all. Another aspect, event a road side street food, id take away, they do pack it without money, trust me it must be at least half the price or less as compared to what we take from the restaurants, don’t you think you should add this money, or extra bag cost, to your bill and give the customer a seemless experience.. Now this is about food, the crest of the pizza is degrading in quality this days. When I lift that pizza to eat, the flour is all on my hand, is it usual, I don’t think so. Please work on it.

Disappointing Experience at Domino's Sector 15 Gurgaon Branch

Today I visited the Domino's branch in Sector 15, Gurgaon with my family, and unfortunately, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was far from inviting – flies buzzing around, including on our pizzas, which was utterly unappetizing.

Moreover, the quality of the pizza itself left much to be desired. It seemed undercooked and lacking in flavor, making it difficult to enjoy. What's more concerning was the lack of hygiene practices observed by the staff. Not a single person was wearing gloves while preparing the food, which is unacceptable considering the current health standards.

Throughout our meal, we had to continuously request basic necessities like spoons for the choco lava, tissues, and even cups for our cold drinks. It felt as though customer service was an afterthought, adding to the overall unpleasant experience.

Based on my visit, I would strongly advise against patronizing this particular Domino's branch in Sector 15, Gurgaon. The lack of cleanliness, poor food quality, and indifferent service make it an establishment to be avoided...

I placed an online order with them via a third party app namely Swiggy and after 1 hour of waiting constantly trying to get in touch with the store without any response from their side, I decided to show up at the store and wait for my order. The store staff not knowing that I'm there had the audacity to ring me up and tell me that my order was ready but there were no delivery agents available so I had to come pick my order myself despite paying for delivery. Upon asking for my order then and there they were flabbergasted and told me they hadn't prepared it in the past 1 hour . This store has poor , incompetent and disrespectful staff who can't handle multiple orders and don't know how to deal with their customers. Even with so much chaos the store manager was nowhere in site. Do not make the mistake of placing an order with them or you will sleep hungry that night. Hope they reflect on this and get better...
