Karims is a huge name in Delhi and has always been a poineer of Mughlai food. This outlet is located in Sector 50 in Gurgaon and is on the main road.They have a huge seating space anf decent ambience. The staff if good and helpful and very quick.
Coming to the food part, i ordered the following:
Butter Chicken: This one is their USP. Nobody in Delhi NCR serves better Butter Chicken then Karims but i just thought that their butter chicken was not as good as other outlets.
Tandoori Roti: Again, their Tandoori Rotis are very good. So make sure you order them.
Tandoori Chicken: It was great in taste and was well prepared.
Sweet Lassi: This one was amazing and tasted good.
Overall, the food is quite good and you will love it. It is a must visit.
Extremely disappointing experience at this so-called "Karim's" outlet! I recently visited this outlet thinking it would live up to the legacy of the original "Karim's" — but it turned out to be a complete disaster. We ordered food and were served a tiny roll for and biryani that tasted worse than roadside stalls. It was flavorless, dry, and clearly not fresh.
Even the Keema Naan had no keema in it! The name might be “Karim’s,” but the taste, quality, and service are nowhere close to it. The staff was extremely rude and full of unnecessary attitude. The whole experience was so bad that I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Such outlets are misusing the name of a legendary brand and ruining its reputation. Please take action against this outlet and report them...

Restaurant offers the dishes which is mughlai inspired. If you have Punjabi taste burds then refrain to visit because there all dishes are having sweet and curd. In Punjabi's families chicken/mutton is cooked with khade masalas and onion and garlic. However, their dishes taste is altogether different. May be mughlai food lover like it but keep it in mind before visiting.
Additionally, furniture and cutlery required upgradation because as per the rate charged people want some good experience. They serve cold drink in the same glasses in which they offer water. Therefore, dining experience is not levish.
Quantity was upto mark. The design of the roof is mind blowing.
Parking will be a little problem.
