Terrible Service and Management - Never Ordering Again!
I’ve given this KFC outlet multiple chances by visiting them physically a few times, and the experience has always been disappointing. From their poor air conditioning that makes dining in uncomfortable, to their extremely slow order processing times, it’s clear that their operations are seriously lacking. To make things worse, they constantly have items unavailable, no matter what time I visit or what I order.
Today was the final straw. I decided to order through Zomato, hoping that it might be a better experience. After waiting for 20 minutes, I received a call from the outlet saying they couldn't fulfill my order and asked me to change items. They also mentioned there might be a delay in delivery, but we agreed to the changes. However, instead of processing the revised order, they ended up canceling it altogether!
This is by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered. It’s shocking how poorly managed their operations are. Whether you're visiting in person or ordering online, the unprofessionalism and lack of reliability are consistent. They clearly do not care about their customers. I’m done with this outlet and would advise anyone to avoid it if they value their time and money.

Read moreThey are not giving complete orders and when I called them, they are so adamant that they are admitting of the mistake due to a new joinee. Saurabh is the one who told me mistake has been done by new joinee. On asking for a replacement order or the rest of the order to be delivered, Saurabh said that he will not send the order and pitching for refund. This was a late night order which was delivered at 2:30 in the night. He thinks that refund will be a good option for late night food. Such an unapologetic and casual encounter with this KFC guy. Instead of being empathetic, he is arguing that new joinee can make mistakes. Why ain't you providing adequate training to new joinees? Are we any guinea pigs to try your new joinees on?...
