KFC — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I had a very disappointing experience with KFC. I placed an order on KFC app around 7:30 PM, and it was supposed to be delivered by 8:10 PM. However, it only arrived around 10:30 PM with no updates provided on the website throughout the delay. I had to call the outlet multiple times just to check the status, which was really frustrating.
