McDonald's — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I went there last night around 10:40 pm.

little background. I had a very rough day. I was tired and exhausted because of all the Sunday crowds in the Delhi metro while returning to Gurugram. So, I decided to eat something nice. This McDonald's is situated inside the Food Court area at Millenium City Centre metro station (Gurugram). It was late at night and by that time, the food court shops were getting closed. McDonald's was also about to close, but they took my order as takeaway. The moment I reached the counter, there was no guy to take the order. their manager saw me from some distance and asked someone immediately to take the order. I placed the order. I was relieved that It went successful. I waited for few min and the manager handed me my order with a smile. I thanked him and left the restaurant.

A kind gesture, an assuring smile it all spoke a sense of responsibility and accountability even if it's their last order of the day, even if the customer is just tired and in a low mood. It was very profound and powerful. It lifted my mood. and I ate my McEgg burger peacefully after reaching my home. it...

I visited the McDonald's outlet at Huda City Centre, and I must say, the place was quite impressive. The outlet was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning was working perfectly, making the atmosphere comfortable.

One of the best things was the ordering system – they had both a self-service kiosk system and a regular counter for placing orders. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth experience. There were plenty of seats available, so even if a large crowd arrived, finding a seat wouldn’t be an issue.

I ordered through the McDonald’s app, using the kiosk system to apply a coupon. I went for the Crispy Veggie Burger meal, which cost ₹240. This was my first time trying this burger, and I found it quite delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and the crispy patty added a nice crunch.

The cold drink was refreshing, though they added a bit too much ice, which enhanced the chill but diluted the taste over time. The fries were crispy and flavorful, just...

I have ordered a meal with soft serve cones, at first there was no one at the counter..and when I told someone that please don’t serve soft serve now as we will not be able to hold it..I will take it once I finish my meal..but they didn’t acknowledge…also told me you have to hold it as we have made it now..then with my hands full of meals and a cold coffee I went to the table to put it on..and when I came back to take the soft serve..the staff guy told me that ab nahi milega ..jao yaha se..

These are the exact word of these people.. and this is not the first time they are doing it..they are not behaving as they are in customer service..pathetic staff..

Now I order food from Burger King at millennial city center..they are great in terms of food and staff.. This Mc Donald’s...
