Harish Bakers & sweets Sadar Bazar — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Their sweets shop on ground floor is good, however their restaurant upstairs is just full of cheap remake of all the foods. Their south Indian food is pointless, just to have it in their menu so that one can order, but the preparation is not good. It tastes no where close to how south Indian food tastes. Their chinese was good. Their pav bhaji is no where close to what pav bhaji should taste like. Their waiters are only there to take order and deliver, they do not provide any assistance like if a help is asked from their menu, especially their senior waiter is rude and he doesn't wait, he just leaves if nothing is spoken, he doesn't answer well to questions asked, he and the other waiters over here just want you to place the order and move on. So the restaurant only wants you to come order whatever and eat and leave, it is not a service oriented restaurant, nor does it care for it's customers. I have been here 3 times out of desperation to have some food after shopping at their sweet shop below. And all 3 times it has been the same experience. The restaurant does not care about preparing well made food, it only cares about making something and serving without putting a thought into their service. Looking at their service, their price should not exceed street food prices, but they charge more than an average restaurant, it is very audacious of them. They have made a well lit and open kitchen but their owners wouldn't eat...

Hii Team....Your food is so delicious and we found purity in your sweets too...I am totally satisfied to visit your bakery....But this rating is just because of your worker/employe .... Yesterday I visited two times at both of your outlet and my experience was worst. First visit was at 11:30 AM in morning on 12th july...I found that workers was busy with talking each other and fighting with each other...They didn't Listen to customer properly. 2nd visit was at 5pm approx on same day...Same I found here....Workers was busy with talking each other...They didn't listen what customer is asking for ...I ordered for angoori petha 500g but they packed other item in place of petha...I was shocked when I gifted it to someone else and she told me that there is kalakand in place of petha...1st question is that I paid extra for that item and 2nd I didn't get same thing whatever I want....I am looking to replace it but I don't have time ....So team if you are looking the matter so please resolve this as per customer...

The resturant is located at Sohna chowk Good food quality with soothing ambience inside the shop and the resturant and budget friendly. Staffs are very friendly, they know perfectly how to treat customers. Food service is also good. The staff doesn't bring all the ordered items at once, if you have. Multiple things to eat. The bakery is located on ground floor from where you can buy sweets and snacks, while restaurant is on first floor which can be reached by a staircase as well as lift both of which are located just besides the shop from outside. Also the resturant is also very crowded. The only thing I didn't like is that the staff are very much less and sometimes you have wait for long to get your orders.
