NAZEER FOODS — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Had a very bad experience yesterday I ordered 3 dal makhni all were sour and when i called manager RAVI to refund the money or replace with other item he started arguing that you should have consumed it within 2 hours otherwise it will get sour.... And when I told him I will call your owner then he told me that let me check first.... I returned all 3 dal makhni now again he was like it's not our mistake you should consume within 2 hours..... I dont know how these people are in hospitality industry when they cant understand customer reviews....

The owner should recruit managers from hospitality industry background because Mr ravi doent know how to treat...

Nazeer foods, we have been customer since ages. the quality of the food is getting worse day by day. Today we ordered khameeri rotis. They are not khameeri rotis but made with pure maida. They are stretchy, rubbery, white in colour, super thin and without an element of khameer. They are substandard in quality & we didn’t eat. It’s been like this from a very long time. Even phirni was better earlier. Now a days they are being packed in plastic katori in place of mitti ki katori. Is there anyone who can assure us about the quality or should we go for...

While the ambience is clean, unlike the many joints of the similar types but the food is so below average. We ordered tandoori chicken, chicken nihari with khameeri and tandoori roti. Don't know why, but all the food preparation were bitter and burnt in taste. Infact even the green chutney too was. Nihari had half gravy and half oil and the gravy was so thick, bitter and spicy and it reminded us of itself until next morning.
