Yummy Tummy — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Experience at Yummy Tummy Rodeo Drive was a very unpleasant one. The portion size, the ethics followed by the owners, preparations of majority of the food items was not worth the amount we paid and the time we spent there (the momos and the gravy of the soya dish were good, but the soya chunks were chewy). They compromised on the quality of the food that they delivered while we ate at the restaurant. We were overcharged for the disposables, served us the wrong order and added that to the bill. We received the bill only on demand, that’s how we know. When we brought this to the attention of the owner, he was unapologetic but they removed the excessive charge. I hardly give any review to any cafe/restaurant or outlet, however this one is being my first review and it's going to be a 1star and a negative one for this restaurant!!

I ordered breakfast around 8:40 from that restaurant and got a confirmation from this restaurant that within 5 minutes of my order, the food is prepared. Accordingly a swiggy associate was at the location within the next 5 min. However I got a call from the swiggy associate that the restaurant is not open yet. I called the restaurant around 9:10 am and got the reply that they have just open it and the food will now take 10 min to get prepared which I am sure will not happen. Now, my money is stuck and I have no bfast to eat !!

I ordered tandoori chaap and malai chaap for a takeaway. After waiting for almost 35 -40 minutes, the chaap served was kacha and tasteless. The malai chap had no salt no taste. It was completely bland. Tandoori chaap was over spicy that wee couldn't even eat. People who came after me were served food before me and since I asked them to do my food also.. 5 mins 5 minute bol kacha hi de Diya bilkul
