Om Sweets is one of my go-to places in G-town as it offers a vast variety of traditional Indian sweets and namkeens. This time it was my snacky visit at their outlet. I ordered a plate of piping hot crispy Samosas clubbed with spicy Chole gravy and enjoyed it with mint & tamarind sauce. Small meal but super tasty and wholesome for the morning breakfast time. A must visit place for an extravaganza of Indian sweets & snacks.

"I have been a regular customer, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I placed a large order for around 30 people on my birthday. However, when the Zomato delivery person arrived to pick up the order, the restaurant refused to hand it over due to some argument they had with the delivery person. The delivery person waited for an hour, but they still refused to release the order. I received a call from Zomato suggesting I cancel, but I didn’t.

I called the restaurant (Om Sweets) to understand what was happening, but the person who answered the call rudely told me that they wouldn't give the order to anyone. Even when I sent a colleague to pick it up in person, they still refused. When I requested a refund, they suddenly decided to hand over the order to the Zomato person who had been waiting there for an hour.

This was the worst experience I've had with any restaurant. They even said they wouldn’t give the order even if I came in person. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. I won't be ordering from...
