Pathetic customer experience I had last night with these people. I ordered a veg dimsum and a pizza last night around 12. They displayed gross negligence and packed and delivered non-veg dimsums instead. I was fasting and it was already Navratri eve going, yet this level of misconduct was shown. Not just this, they had the audacity to offer a replacement instead. I really don't have words to describe this. THANK YOU so much NIRULA'S for shattering my religious sentiment and beliefs. An outlet like your which carry years of legacy, this would be the last thing one can expect. People put their trust in you while ordering from your reputed outlets and this is how you treat your customers. Nirulas trying hard to revive? Taste/food quality is not the same as before. If you're coming here to get the taste and feel of the ol'nirulas which was in cp during 90's early 2000's then you'll be very disappointed.

The staff here is not curtious and it seems that they are always looking for ways to pass on the cheap stuff across to you. That's true in terms of food quality, service and in little things like putting a tray under your plate, giving a glass of water, they'll try to give a dirty glass and a dirty tray unless you object and correct them.
