This restaurant specifically is a shame in the name of McDonald's. I have faced multiple bad experiences with this particular restaurant. The staff argue with you even for just a small ketchup sachet. They will say ketchup is not included with this item. I mean you are paying minimum~500 bucks for your meal and their staff is argued for a small ketchup sachet. This is pathetic seriously.
If you go here and ask for a take away order, they will simply handover the items to you ((not even in a carry bag)). For example if you have ordered 4 items for a take away, they will give it to you in a tray and will tell you to take away like this only, and if you ask for a carry bag, they will say that carry bag doesn't come with a take away order. Now tell me guys, how will you take your 4 items all in bare hands including colddrink glass.
Being such a big brand, this is a very cheap thinking. Even a road side stall gives you the item woth a proper packing but this big giant McD give you all items without proper packing in bare hands. And moreover they will argue with you if you ask for a carry bag. Pathetic...

Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's recently. I believe the staff member's name was Satrugham (if I’m not mistaken). The way he interacted with me was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of politely assisting, he used a very casual and rude tone, saying things like “tu redeem QR dikha” — which is not how any customer should be addressed.
Good customer service is the foundation of any reputed brand like McDonald's, and such behavior leaves a negative impression. I hope the management looks into this and ensures that all staff are trained to speak respectfully...
