"A Disastrous Dining Experience"

I recently visited a pizza joint that left me utterly disappointed. Let me break down the misery:

Noodles in a Pizza Place? 🍝 Why, oh why, did they serve noodles? It's like going to a bakery and finding sushi on the menu. The noodles were an abomination – soggy, tasteless, and completely out of place & expensive as diamonds.

Service: A Comedy of Errors 🤦‍♂️ The staff seemed to be in a perpetual state of confusion. The owner was cheat with his combo offers, and the chef probably moonlighted as a magician because our food vanished into thin air. We asked about the delay, and their excuse? The kitchen was "backed up." But the restaurant was nearly empty! 🙄

Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Place

I recently had the misfortune of dining at this place, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The pasta was absolutely terrible—overcooked, bland and lacked any real flavor. It was as if no effort was put into preparing the dish.

The service was non-existent. The staff was inattentive, rude, and seemed completely uninterested in serving customers. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to get any attention, let alone our food.

To add insult to injury, the prices were outrageously high for such poor quality. The menu listed the pasta at ₹250, but at the billing counter, they asked for ₹350! This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable.

If I could give less than a star, I would. The choice of topping is vast but do check for freshness before you commit to it. We ordered mushrooms as topping which were clearly out of date and when we complained, they were swiftly removed from sight. Excuse was that they were getting a refill. Rude manager trying to hide the mistakes and invention recipes to justify stale products. Hygiene is dodgy at best. When pointed out about lack of food handling staff not using gloves, the excuse was that they don’t believe in showing off hygiene practices like some other shops.
